Luka File is a part of the Coutts Northwest team, bringing a fresh perspective with a background in residential real estate.
As an associate to Fabian Swaleh, Luka is highly motivated to develop his knowledge in commercial real estate and to provide excellent customer service. He has a strong work ethic and a great attention to detail, learning the sales and leasing processes to best help developers, investors, owners and tenants alike.
Luka holds a Certificate of Registration and is working on obtaining his Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
