Coutts Northwest Strengthens Western Sydney Platform with Appointment of Commercial & Industrial Specialist Phillip Bradac

Coutts Northwest has further strengthened its industrial and logistics platform with the appointment of Phillip Bradac as Sales & Leasing Director, supporting continued growth across the Western Sydney market under the leadership of General Manager, Fabian Swaleh.
Mr. Bradac brings more than 40 years of commercial property experience, including 20 years at Colliers, where he was consistently recognised as a top-performing industrial agent in New South Wales. Across his career, he has completed more than $14 billion in sales and leasing transactions, acting for private investors, developers, corporates and institutional owners.
Highly regarded within the industry for his strategic approach to sales campaigns and leasing negotiations, Mr. Bradac is known for creating competition and maximising value for clients. Over the past five years, he has achieved a 100 per cent success rate across auction campaigns, with assets either transacting under the hammer or with parties introduced during the campaign process.
