Gateway Estate Greystanes is one of the first major industrial projects to be developed in Western Sydney since the GFC. The developers confidence in the project has been underlined by a general firming of industrial warehouse pricing, in the surrounding suburbs. Areas such as Wetherill Park and Smithfield, which are now connected via Reconcilliation Drive have had a tightening of supply as strengthening business confidence has increased warehouse leasing.
